★★★★★ This is a quality production by Birmingham Royal Ballet throughout. Sergei Prokofiev’s masterpiece of a score ensures that any production gets off to a head start. ★★☆☆☆ I would argue that revivals are not something to be avoided, but there are shows that need to be revived and shows that should be left alone.
